Built around the three main lifts — squat, bench, deadlift. Suitable for beginners to intermediate. Coach teaches, spots, and programs progression over 8-week cycles.

Short, brutal, effective. 45 minutes of circuits, intervals, and compound movements. Maximum calorie burn, minimum time wasted. All fitness levels welcome — modifications provided.
